Saint George offers help for Ukraine

Ukraine
The Saint George Charity has been in contact with the Ukrainian Association in Malaga (Maydan) to offer its assistance to support the humanitarian aid effort for the people of Ukraine.
The Charity delivered a consignment of winter coats and blankets this morning to the Lavka Ukrainian Supermarket in Estepona and spoke to Nataliya the manager and aid coordinator there about what the priority items are.
They currently have enough blankets and winter clothes and the main priorities we were asked for are medical supplies, such as first aid kits, bandages, etc., also baby foods such as formula milk, cereals, (no glass jars please), as well as cash donations.
To that end we will be accepting donations of the above at our shop, we will also be setting aside a day of the week when all income from our four shops will be donated to the National Bank of Ukraine’s Fundraising Account for Humanitarian Assistance to Ukrainians Affected by Russia’s Aggression – https://bit.ly/3sEOYoy
The first Saint George Charity Day for Ukraine will be next Wednesday 9th March, so please come down to any of our shops and Spend for Ukraine.
